Download The Coachmen Group Booking Deposit Form for 10 or more people
After you have phoned through your booking, please download our group booking deposit form and fax back or scan and email to us with your details asap. On receipt of your deposit, we will contact you to confirm your booking.
Deposits: For groups of 10 or more a deposit of $10 per person is required. This deposit amount will be deducted from the total of the bill on the day or night. Final numbers must be confirmed 4 days in advance of the booking.
Cancellations: Should you wish to cancel your group booking you must notify The Coachmen Russian Restaurant 4 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 4 days of your booking. Cancellation fee of 50% per person will apply for each guest who did not turn up on the day of the function but has been catered for.
